Valued Friends and Clients,

November is here and it's a month for us all to be Thankful!

The weather in the desert is fantastic, with daytime temperatures in the 80's and nice cool evenings. Most of the golf courses have re-opened, and people are starting to come back for the season.

Our real estate market in the desert remains strong, and it seems positioned to gain more strength, as we get further into season. Our inventory hasn't really increased much in the last month, but that should begin to change as more people get back in town. The median home prices continue to trend upward, as we still seem to have a pent-up demand for desert homes.

Overall, the real estate market has quite a bit going for it. Interest rates remain low, sellers tend to have significant equity in their current homes, people are reconsidering their living situations, and a record number of first-time homebuyers are entering the market. These, along with others, are all contributing factors to our strong real estate market.

Our FEATURED PROPERTY this month is a Private Vacant Lot with Unobstructed South Mountain Views at Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta! This is a rare opportunity to build your dream home. Offered at: $495,000 Take a look...
