Bruce: I have created a large database of high-end clients and communicated with them on a regular basis. I work with friends and referrals from my clients.
Question: What advice would you give to a real estate agent who wants to build up their luxury business?
Bruce: Be Determined! Be Consistent! Follow through and do exactly what you say you will do. Always keep your word!
Question: What is most important in working with wealthy individuals?
Bruce: You have to be credible. You really have to know what you are talking about. And, respect their time.

Bruce: Knowledge of the luxury market and complete integrity.
Question: What to luxury sellers look for in an agent?
Bruce: Knowledge of the luxury market. And knowledge of how to market their property with first-class standards and to get the job done.
